In the Mexican state of Quintana Roo, the conditions for registering a marriage are the simplest, with minimal standards for documents from foreigners. You can enter into exactly the same marriage in any other state of Mexico, but there you will have to tinker with the preparation of documents.
Registration in 1 day
To officially register a marriage in Mexico, you will only needone working day. After registration, a state-issued marriage certificate is issued, and the marriage itself, concluded in Mexico, is recognized in all powers of the world.
Documents: passports only
Before arriving in Mexico, newlyweds are only required toscanned copies of passports.
Birth certificate — shouldn't! Certificate of absence of another marriage — no need!
In addition, we ourselves will receive extracts from the register of alimony debtors for each of the newlyweds.
Date: any of your choice
You have the right to chooseany dateregistration, at least for tomorrow. Registration on weekends is possible. We ourselves will be able to submit an application and forms for marriage registration to the Mexican Civil Registry Office (Registro civil), negotiate with the judge and agree on the date and time for the registration.
Try to come to Mexico at leastin 1 daybefore registration. Before registration, you must take a blood test in an accredited laboratory or clinic (legal requirement). As soon as the tests are ready, marriage is allowed.
We will also provide4 witnesses. Of course, you have the opportunity to invite your own, but it is impossible to change a witness at the last moment. Any adult citizen, regardless of citizenship, can be a witness.
Typically, the formal preparation of a marriage takes no more than half an hour. With our escort you won't have to wait your turn! After registration, a state marriage certificate is issued. For this certificate to be valid abroad, it must be stampedapostille, which is what we will do. However, the marriage will be considered concluded without this stamp.
Apostille: 3 days
If you have time, you have the right to wait for the apostille to be completed in Mexico. If you don’t want to wait, we can send the finished document by courier service anywhere in the world. Minimum period for which you can get married in Mexico — 1 day, not counting the day of arrival, day of departure and weekends. But it will take at least another 3 working days to affix the apostille. The best option is if you spend a week in Mexico to enjoy relaxing on the beach, attend excursions and wait for the apostille to be completed.

The presence of the newlyweds is requiredtwice: when taking blood tests at their hotel and when officially registering a marriage. We will prepare all the documentation ourselves and bring it to your hotel for signing. Only passports are needed at the registration ceremony. In addition, we will hand over the certificate for apostille and deliver the finished original to the newlyweds at the hotel.

- judge and assistant fees,
- witness fees,
- on-site blood test (the laboratory comes to the hotel to take tests, certified results are delivered to the judge),
- extracts from the register of alimony debts for the bride and groom,

Not included:
- accelerated receipt of extracts from the register of alimony debts (on the day of registration),

- wedding ceremony in a picturesque place,
- stylist and make-up artist services,
- rental of wedding paraphernalia, outfits to change your wedding look,

- courier delivery of a marriage certificate with an apostille to other cities of Mexico and countries,
- any additional wishes.
