If you have previously registered a marriage in Mexico and want to get a divorce, but do not plan to come to the country for this, we can organize the dissolution of your marriage without your presence and as quickly as possible. The divorce will be formalized through a judge of appropriate jurisdiction. As a result, you will receive a state-issued divorce certificate (long and short), certified with an apostille stamp.
Important standards:
- the marriage was registered in Mexico, no matter when or in what state,
- no minor children,
- separate regime of property ownership (Separación de Bienes).
Required documentation (scanned copies):
- mexican marriage certificate,
- passports of both spouses,
- Mexican resident card (if available).
