Thus, Western Union points are available in almost every Electra and Coppel store, in branches of many banks, MoneyGram payments can be received in convenience stores. OXXO or in Farmacias del Ahorro pharmacies. Banks can serve clients of several payment systems at once.
Difficulties can begin when the payment system operator finds out that you have a Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian, or Moldovan passport. Or a passport from a number of other countries such as Cuba, Colombia, and some Asian powers. With vague wording that these countries are unreliable or on some kind of black list, the transfer is refused. In this case, the operator sees the transfer in the system, but cannot do anything. Refusals are not total, but very frequent. A similar problem occurs when opening an account in Mexican banks.
It is noteworthy that if the transfer came, say, from the USA, then it will be issued to you. In other words, the sender's country also matters.

Telecomm-Telegrafos — is a state-owned telecommunications company providing voice and telegraph services, faxing, satellite communications, and also financial services. There are more than 1,700 Telecomm branches in Mexico, and there are very rarely queues, simply because few people send telegrams now.
Telecomm accepts and sends transfers from the following transfer systems and financial organizations: Western Union, Money Gram, Uniteller, Appriza Pay, BBVA Transfer Services, Barri Remittance, Dolex, Intercambio Express, Intermex, MaxiTransfers, Remitly, Ria, Sigue, Transfast, Viamericas and Wells Fargo. But he, like many other similar organizations, does not work with foreign currency. For this reason, if the transfer was sent to you in dollars, you can only process it in Mexican pesos.
