Step-by-step registration
- Name: get company name authorization from the SE (Secretaría de Economía).
- Charter: a notary prepares and certifies the incorporation act (acta constitutiva).
- Registration: entry into the Public Registry of Commerce (RPC).
- RFC: get the company tax ID from SAT and an e.firma digital signature.
- Bank: open a corporate account.
- Registrations: when hiring staff, IMSS and others.
