Cancun has a huge selection of housing to suit every taste and budget. As a rule, long-term housing is rented for at least six months to a year, but we can try and negotiate with the owner for a shorter period. Communication with the landlord, checking the terms of the contract, avoiding pitfalls such as deposits and socio-economic assessment of the tenant — that's why you need our help. A realtor also has the right to help you, who will accompany you in matters of rent until signing the contract and settlement. But in the future, if any problems arise with the landlord, someone else will have to deal with them, for example, we, the birth organizers. You still have to arrange your home and buy everything you need for your baby and for a comfortable life in Mexico over the next few months, and our advice won’t hurt here either.
Car rental.If in your home country you are used to traveling by car, do not refuse this option in Mexico. It is allowed to rent a car, from a rental office or from private owners, but it is also possible to buy it. A guest of the country has the right to buy and sell property in Mexico, and often buying, using, and then selling a car looks like a cheaper option than renting, even long-term. Selection, verification of a car, papers and preparation of its ownership or lease — You are unlikely to understand these issues yourself. Choosing a doctor.You will have to choose two main doctors: a gynecologist who will guide you until the birth itself and then receive it, and a pediatrician who will monitor the baby. If you are looking for only a natural birth, this desire also has the right to influence the choice of a doctor, but you need to understand that if the slightest threat to the health and life of the mother or child arises, medical protocols will work, and any doctor will decide to perform a caesarean section without hesitation. Although many doctors speak English, it can't hurt to hire a translator. Advice from a knowledgeable person about which doctor’s services you should accept and which you can refuse will also be beneficial. Choosing a clinic.There are no specialized maternity clinics in Mexico. You will have to choose from a list of regular hospitals, most of which have the necessary medical equipment for a successful delivery and comfortable stay requirements. By and large, the difference in the cost of childbirth in different clinics is only a reflection of the difference in the level of non-medical services that they offer to patients. One way or another, you will stay in the clinic for a maximum of a couple of days. You can visit the clinics on your own, or you can do this with our support. If you do not speak Spanish, you will need assistance in concluding an agreement with the clinic. We will help with translation, especially since we are fluent in medical terminology.
You may have to choose which city to settle in and give birth in, Playa del Carmen or Cancun. You should know that there are far fewer good clinics in Playa del Carmen than in Cancun, and there is a problem with the blood bank. We will discuss with you the nuances of each city.

Difficult moment — the child was born after the parents' migration papers had expired. There is nothing wrong with this, but you need to be able to talk to migration service employees so as not to run into excessive fines for violating the migration regime.
Registration of citizenship of the parents' country.Many people believe that this is the most thankless part of the process of obtaining papers in Mexico. Most often we are talking about citizenship of Russia or Ukraine. Without the child's registration of the parents' citizenship, the entire family is unable to return to their homeland. In Mexico, the consulates of most countries are located only in the capital of Mexico City, and both mother, father, and child need to fly there. And more than once. The child must first acquire citizenship and then — draw up a foreign passport, although this is one process.
