In Mexico there are no specialized clinics like our maternity hospitals. Giving birth here is allowed in any clinic where there are suitable criteria. And they are in many clinics and hospitals. Mexican women generally approach childbirth much more simply than we do. In most cases, clinics do not employ gynecologists, as well as doctors of many other specialties. When a patient applies, the clinic calls a specialized doctor from an existing list, and the doctor assembles a team of consultants needed in a specific situation. Today a doctor has the opportunity to work in one clinic, which is more impressive, tomorrow — in another, simpler one. Almost all doctors in Mexico accept medical consultations, work on call in several hospitals at once, and travel on private calls. At the same time, the level of a doctor as a professional does not change based on his place of work.
