From February 3, 2019, when issuing visas for citizens of all countries of the world, the Russian Federation will charge uniform rates. This was reported by the Consular Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
«On February 3 of this year, Order No. 24320 of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs dated December 17, 2018 “On approval of the Unified Methodology for calculating fee rates for reimbursement of actual expenses associated with consular actions” comes into force. Now for foreign citizens and stateless persons around the world, uniform rates of visa fees have been established: single-entry visa - $80, double-entry visa - $128, multiple-entry visa - $240″, says a message published by the Consular Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry on Facebook.
For urgent visa applications, a double fee will be charged.
Citizens of those states with which the Russian Federation has concluded international agreements establishing visa fee rates (EU powers, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, China) pay the fees specified in the relevant agreement.
