Mexican airline Aeroméxico once again tops the global punctuality ranking. Aeroméxico achieved an on-time arrival rate of 90.02% based on an analysis of 188,859 flights, an improvement on the previous year, according to the annual On-Time Performance Review by analytics company Cirium.
By comparison, in 2024 Aeroméxico's punctuality rate was 86.70% across 196,000 flights. February 2025 was a record month with almost 93% of flights arriving on time. Aeroméxico's achievements are especially noteworthy against the backdrop of strong international competition, including carriers such as Saudia, Qatar Airways and Delta Air Lines.
According to the On-Time Performance Review 2025, the top ten most punctual airlines in the world are as follows:

- SAS — 86,09%
- Blue Air — 85,18%
- Qatar Airways — 84,42%
- Iberia — 83,52%
- LATAM Airlines — 82,40%
- Avianca — 81,73%
- Turkish Airlines — 81,41%
- Delta Air Lines — 80,90%
Cirium — one of the leading providers of analytical data in the aviation industry, using the international On-Time Arrival standard. According to the company's methodology, a flight is considered on time if it reaches its designated gate within 15 minutes of its scheduled time.
