I got ready and gave birth to my daughter at home, naturally. This inspired me to train as a doula and midwife at AUMe. I have been living in Mexico for more than 6 years and speak Spanish. I work in a team with a natural gynecologist and a pediatrician. In addition, there is the option to give birth with a traditional partner. We accompany Childbirth both at home and in the hospital. I have 2 online courses on preparation for childbirth and recovery after childbirth (both courses are not in Spanish). Closing diastasis without surgery.
I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, teaching it for 7 years, and for the last 2 years I have been a consultant on yoga for pregnant women and yoga after childbirth. You are allowed to study online.
